WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boosts in specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. A random extra substat is also increased with each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless it is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a large variance in stats (like Eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear by giving the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any type of armor or weapons. However, the item used to upgrade will be consumed for the duration of time and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can also be applied to enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in every major city, and is accessible at any time to upgrade your gear. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader every few weeks, to ensure that your equipment is up to date.

The cost of upgrades will depend on the current item level of the item being upgraded but they will always be less expensive than buying new gear from other sources. For instance, upgrading a Benthic chest to 385 levels will cost 20 recycle points, purchasing a similar piece from another player will costs 105.

Upgrades are functional items that are used to level up weapons and tools, armor and other accessories. They are purchased by players from item upgrader NPCs in exchange for various currencies, and can be found in random treasure lists. Once an upgrade is purchased it can be used on any weapon or tool using a button, which displays a preview of the item at the next upgrade level if the player has sufficient materials.

Upgrade costs vary depending on the slot of the item level upgrade (king-wifi.win link for more info) and the current level of the item. For instance weapons are more expensive than gloves, bracers or bracers. Each upgrade cost 15 Flightstones plus a certain number of crests. Some upgrades offer discounts on Flightstones. It's also essential to use crests with care, since they are only used for one purpose. For instance it's a good idea to utilize all of your Whelpling rank crests with the best equipment available, and then save Drake and Wyrm crests for the next round of upgrades you're planning on making. This is particularly true for items such as trinkets and rings that take up several slots. The discount for the entire account will only apply when all the slots on the character are filled with top-quality equipment.
